Quick delivery and no issues

I don't normally leave reviews but was really concerned reading these reviews and wanted to reassure others I had no such issues.
I ordered on Sunday and everything arrived by Tuesday lunchtime as per the various updates.
The kids are delighted by their new clothes so I'd be happy to order again.

Nice

Hello. I want to write my expressions after watching the summer collection. I like it, everything in my style but, I was looking for more dresses. But on the whole, I look very sensitive in your clothes.

Horrible first time experience

Horrible first time experience. Never ordering from them again. My order was damaged and instead if telling me they just said it was delivered. Now it's been 2 weeks. No refund. No update. No help from customer service except while I'm waiting for my refund to buy more items.

Worst shop in Edinburgh, what a mess

Was in princess st mens department and thought I was in primark. The selection of clothes was awful, cheap the place was a mess and the staff I did see were either on phones or looking in mirrors. Terrible shop and will never be back will stick to online. The death of high st ends with H&M

Ordered a few things for a weekend…

Ordered a few things for a weekend getaway with my husband. I waited a week and when the package finally came, I received a few men’s tshirts. This has never happened to me before. Since I received my order right on the Friday, I could not wear the outfit I paid and waited for. I will never order online with HM ever again. I called customer service and was given a case number and they will follow up with me to offer me a refund.

I ordered something off H & M for my…

I ordered something off H & M for my birthday. However, after waiting nearly a month of waiting, I got an email saying my product had been returned. I had not received the product nor did I choose to return them. I called the store to ask them what had happened and they said nothing could be done about the products, it had to be reordered. However, when I went back to reorder, everything I has originally ordered was out of stock.

I have seen the steady decline of…

I have seen the steady decline of customer service levels in H & M stores in both London and Manchester UK over the last 12 months. Most recently in one week and on 2 separated visits, tags have been left on my clothes when I bought them especially for an event where I was unable to wear, and the is constant long queues due to the lengthy explanations at the till by the cashiers about the new point and account system for 10% off when signing up. I witnessed one lady in Manchester make a formal complaint with the store manager about the incompetency of the store staff without an sympathetic apology. Staff on the tills were slow, unaware of how to process a cash transaction and when tried to ask a group of management ant other staff members for help at the till, was dismissed and nobody came to aid her or the huge queue of customers (this included the store manager!) Sad to stay this is really poor service on the part of H&M where I have always seen great service in their stores. Time to review and sort things out- especially the explanation of the points system at the tills.

Repeatedly ignored.. Worst Customer Service!!

I was in the Ingram Park Mall store today for over an hour and not one associate acknowledged me being in their store. And, BTW, I was the ONLY customer in the store... so not like they were busy or anything. Even though I was ignored I continued to shop and eventually chose a couple of items to purchase. Went up to the check out counter where there was not one but two associates at the counter... did I get acknowledged? NO! I stood there for 5 minutes at the counter (again, ONLY customer in line to check out) and finally said to the two associates "ARE YOU OPEN??" ... the response was ummm... yes, I am sorry. This will be the last time I shop at this store... I'd rather shop on line than be ignored repeatedly.

I have bad experience in h&m online…

I have bad experience in h&m online first when you’re order it’s say I will receive after 3 days and that’s lie when you’re purchased the items then it’s coming to long i order it’s about 3 days not receiving also i call costmer service they just telling sorry but they not doing anything this is my last time to i am buying from here i wish to i will able to pot zero for them

Worst Customer Service

I went to return two items and salesperson saw HnM bag in my hand and told me that their system is down for return, but I exchange them for a different size. I said the size is not available so I have no choice. He told me to go to a different location and their system is fine. I said oth location is twenty minutes away and more. I asked him what kind of system is that which is down for returns only and good for buying and exchange and if they ever put system down information online so people can read it before coming all the way. He had no answer to that. Bottom line is that they are really not helpful and courteous.

Do Better, H&M

H&M online consistently keeps:
1 - canceling people's orders
2 - providing extremely slow shipping
3 - having bad customer service

I recently ordered 2 items from Diane von Furstenberg x H&M HOME online. I got 2 emails saying my order was 'delayed' for 6 days, and then finally a cancellation email saying the items were out of stock. I purchased the items within 2-3 MINUTES of the collab being released, so there was no way the items were out of stock when I had bought them. If so, the warehouse definitely did not ship on a 'first come, first served' basis.

Their customer service could care less, and I know they have canceled many people's orders. H&M needs to keep better inventory and not allow people to purchase items if they can't even keep things in stock for more than 3 MINUTES! Simply ridiculous. If you read other reviews for their regular (non-designer collab) items, you will also see that they constantly cancel orders or take 2 weeks - 2 months to ship. Unacceptable.

Both items I ordered were available on the website for hours if not 1-2 days afterwards, so it's not possible that they were out of stock unless they canceled hundreds or thousands of orders. Very sketchy. And it should not take 1 WEEK to cancel an out of stock order!

I will be shopping elsewhere. I don't even care about those items anymore - it's just a matter of principle when it comes to running a business.

Im confused by all these bad reviews

Im confused by all these bad reviews. h&m online has a wide selection of affordable and good quality clothes. Its my
go to shop for oversized clothing. My items always arrive early and in perfect condition.
